As soon as we get the notification that someone’s ordered, our team springs into action. To make sure you receive your Mira Pro as quickly as possible, we have locations set up in Australia, the United-States and the United Kingdom, because we know how much period pain sucks.

And don’t worry, Standard Shipping is on us, because we know that when you’re suffering in the bloody pits of period-pain hell, paying for shipping is the last thing on your mind.

In an ideal world, we’d want you to receive your Mira Pro as soon as you order because we know that every second feels like an eternity when you’re the depths of period pain hell. But unfortunately shipping times are still a thing so you might have to wait a few days. Stay strong, the end to your period pain is just around the corner!

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to the postal services closest to your location, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the postal services site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our shipping carriers quote us 2-8 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with your shipping carrier.

*Please note: Once we pass your Mira order to the shipping carrier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by the shipping carrier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Oops, Mira not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Some countries charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Unfortunately, we have no control over any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly. If you’re located in the U.S, U.K or AUS you have nothing to worry about, as we have warehouses setup to avoid any import costs.

It's unlikely that you will have to, but it is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Keeping your Mira Pro in top condition is easy and hassle free. The main thing is to make sure is that your Reusable Gel Pads are kept clean, and that the Mira Pro device is kept dry and away from water.

The Mira Pro comes with everything you need to charge it. It uses Micro-USB charging, so even if you happen to lose the charger that comes with it, you’ll probably have another Micro-USB cable at home somewhere that you can use as a replacement!

Yes! The Mira Pro reusable gel pads are resistant to sweat, so you don’t have to worry about it ever slipping off during the day.

Yes we do! And it's incredibly simple - if within the first 100 days of purchasing your Mira, you don't love it, feel free to return it for a full refund with return shipping on us! 

All you have to do is email hi@mirapro.com.au with your name and order number. From there, our team will create a shipping label for you and email it to you to attach to the product. Once we receive the Mira back at our warehouse, or once proof of shipment has been supplied (a photo of the receipt with the tracking number) we will refund the full amount!

We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 100 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Sadly, we know that sometimes the Mira is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your Mira to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.

We’ve got you covered here too. All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team at hi@mirapro.com.au and they will be able to help you along the way.

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Miras in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.

All jokes and puns aside - your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Our prices are based on which 'website' of ours you're on. You will most likely be automatically sent to the country you're in (unless you're on a VPN), so the currency of our store will generally be whatever your native currency is!

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our Mira team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include your name and/or order number, and photos so we can help identify what has happened.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
